How to Make Iced Pistachio Latte

Smell like butter, taste like pistachio! This Iced Pistachio Latte recipe is for people who like the taste of pistachio with a little bit of butter.

A plain bagel would be perfect with this drink.

Ingredients

  • Pistachio Syrup – 1 oz (30 ml)
  • Cold Milk – 1/2 cup (120 mL)(or cream if you prefer)
  • Brown Butter – 1/2-1 teaspoon (2.5 mL- 5mL)
  • Ice Cubes – 4 cubes
  • Espresso – 1-2 shots (1 -2 ounce or 30- 60 mL)
    • You can use very strong coffee or brewed instant espresso powder coffee instead.

Iced Pistachio Latte for a Relaxing Day

  1. Prepare the Espresso.
  2. Wait for the Espresso to cool down.
  3. Prepare the Brown Butter. (If you don’t know how to make brown butter, click here to find out.)
  4. Add Ice Cubes into your cup.
  5. Add Pistachio Syrup.
  6. Add Milk. (Got Cold Milk?)
  7. Add Espresso (Shots!!!)
  8. Mix
