Smell like butter, taste like pistachio! This Iced Pistachio Latte recipe is for people who like the taste of pistachio with a little bit of butter.
A plain bagel would be perfect with this drink.
Ingredients
- Pistachio Syrup – 1 oz (30 ml)
- Cold Milk – 1/2 cup (120 mL) – (or cream if you prefer)
- Brown Butter – 1/2-1 teaspoon (2.5 mL- 5mL)
- Ice Cubes – 4 cubes
- Espresso – 1-2 shots (1 -2 ounce or 30- 60 mL)
- You can use very strong coffee or brewed instant espresso powder coffee instead.
Iced Pistachio Latte for a Relaxing Day
- Prepare the Espresso.
- Wait for the Espresso to cool down.

- Add Ice Cubes into your cup.
- Add Pistachio Syrup.
- Add Milk. (Got Cold Milk?)
- Add Espresso (Shots!!!)
- Mix
