It goes great with a croissant!
Ingredients
- A Blender
- Mocha or Chocolate Syrup – 3 Tablespoon (44 ml)
- Milk – 1/4 cup (60 mL)
- Ice – 7 cubes
- Whipped Cream – based on your preference
- Sugar – 1 Tablespoon (14.18 g)
- Coffee– 1/2 cup (120 mL)
- Use brewed instant espresso powder coffee mixed with cold water. Based on how strong you want it.
Mocha Frappe for Fun in the Sun!
- Prepare the Coffee.
- Add the Ice, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, and Syrup into the Blender.
- Blend until frothy and smooth.
- Taste (if it is too bitter, add more Sugar; too sweet, add more Coffee Powder).
- Pour into a cup.
- Add Whipped Cream and Syrup on top.
