It goes great with a croissant!
Ingredients
- Milk – 2-3 Tablespoon (30 -44 mL)
- Powdered Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Power -1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg-1/4 teaspoon
- Cayenne Red Pepper -1/8 teaspoon – or 1/4 teaspoon if you can handle the heat.
- Unsweetened Cocoa Power – 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Espresso – 1-2 shots (1 -2 ounce or 30 – 60 mL)
- You can use very strong coffee or brewed instant espresso powder coffee instead.

- Prepare the Espresso.
- Mix the Powdered Sugar, Cinnamon Power, Nutmeg, Cayenne Red Power and Unsweetened Cocoa Power into a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the Espresso.
- Add Milk.
- Stir
